HVAC Residential Service Technician

This position services, repairs, and/or proposes replacement of warm air furnaces, air conditioners, duct distribution systems, boilers, water heaters, and electrical; troubleshoots, adapts, and resolves/repairs all issues; and educates homeowners on the features, functions, and proper operation of equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess good working knowledge of company products and services; the ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications; superior customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills; and good sales skills.

HVAC Commercial Install Technician

This position replaces, modifies, and/or installs warm air furnaces, air conditioners, duct distribution systems, boilers, water heaters, and related ductwork, piping, and wiring; starts up installed equipment and adjusts to the manufacturers and job specifications; and properly documents each installation.

The ideal candidate will possess good knowledge of the company’s products and services; good computer experience, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; and the ability to understand client needs, favorably influence their decisions, and ask for referrals and web reviews.
