Check Out How Chester County’s High Schools Performed on Last Year’s SATs

The Pennsylvania Department of Education recently published the results of the 2019 SATs, showing that Chester County is home to 13 of the state’s 100 highest-scoring public high schools, writes Ethan Lott for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Three schools scored in the Top 10 statewide, while two more made the Top 25.

The highest-scoring school in Chester County was Downingtown STEM Academy, which placed second in Pennsylvania with a composite average of 1359. The composite average is the aggregate of math and reading/writing scores.

Here’s how the public high schools in Chester County ranked statewide by their SAT scores:
