Provider Recruitment Coordinator

This position will participate in the development and coordination of an extensive provider network involving in/out-of-state providers and facilities; effectively promote and educate clients’ targeted providers, explaining all aspects of the program; correspond with providers to explain the recruitment process and obtain necessary information from them to complete the process; assist with identifying provider network needs and opportunities; and collect, maintain, and distribute provider information, changes, and correspondence in client database.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and customer service-oriented with a high level of energy and excellent negotiation and communication skills. Candidates with managed care or healthcare experience are preferred. Experience with provider recruitment for PPOs, diagnostic imagining, or PT networks is preferred, though not required.

Inside Sales Associate

This position will actively seek out and engage customer prospects; provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability; communicate cost-benefit and needs analysis for potential customers; achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes; establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships; and supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, communications, or a relevant field; a minimum of two years of inside sales experience; excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems, along with ability to build productive business professional relationships; relationship management skills and an openness to feedback.

Administrative Assistant

This position performs all functions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable; facilitates payment of vendors, which includes verification of federal ID numbers; makes journal entries and resolves GL discrepancies; assists with staffing needs, including vetting resumes and scheduling interviews; assists with new hires, onboarding, training, and other human relations needs; performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs; welcomes and directs visitors and clients; facilitates catering as needed; assists with planning and implementing employee events; and coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments.

The ideal candidate will be reliable and extremely trustworthy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks; have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; and have the ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
