Facility Engineer
This position maintains building equipment and identifies potential improvements for operational efficiency; and performs hands-on operation and maintenance of all building-related equipment and systems, including restrooms, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, locks, and building automation.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED; a minimum of five years of general electrical or mechanical work experience in a commercial or corporate office building; and experience in commercial office building HVAC operation and repairs.

Health Center Manager – Registered Nurse
This position oversees the on-site health center by taking on both clinical and staff management responsibilities, including treating acute, chronic, and complex diseases; determining schedules and allocating resources appropriately; and providing performance reviews and coaching.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare, or business administration; licensure as a registered nurse; a minimum of two years of work experience in a healthcare practice setting; and three years of healthcare operations management work experience.

PRN Medical Assistant
This position interviews patients and measures vital signs such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height; records information on patients’ charts in an electronic medical record; and performs various administrative tasks, including checking inventory and ordering supplies.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and certification as a medical assistant; current basic and advanced cardiovascular life support certification; phlebotomy or patient triage experience; and the ability to promote wellness activities.
