Juliya Kofman Greenfield, who was born in Ukraine and immigrated to the United States (New Jersey) as a nine-year-old, is a Principal at RKL, a leading professional services firm with an office in Exton.

Kofman Greenfield, who earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Penn State, credits a number of people as having big impacts on her career.“I’ve had the greatest fortune of being mentored by the best managers throughout my career,” said Kofman Greenfield, who began working when she was 15 as an accounting assistant at a country club. “I can honestly say that I’ve never worked for a person I didn’t like. Aside from being fantastic leaders, all of my mentors are genuinely good people who are proud and happy when others succeed.”

Kofman Greenfield’s proudest achievement as a professional was being given the opportunity to develop her own compliance team at RKL.

Kofman Greenfield’s favorite Chester County restaurants are Limoncello and Split Rail Tavern in West Chester.
