The YMCA of Greater Brandywine is an association of eight YMCAs that offer life-changing sports, fitness, and educational programs for children, families, and adults for its more than 80,000 members throughout Chester County.

Lead Member Engagement Associate (West Chester)

This position provides information and guidance to members and the public relating to the YMCA of Greater Brandywine; assists with the association’s continuous survey tool; maintains customer records within various software systems; and responds to customers’ membership and program inquiries.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED; a minimum of two years of customer service experience and/or one year of YMCA member service experience; and working knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and Cisco Jabber.

Association Director of Membership Sales (West Chester)

This position directs sales activities across the organization to achieve annual and monthly membership goals; regularly tracks and reports on progress toward prospect and membership goals; and develops and implements membership sales processes, procedures, and associated tracking.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and four to six years of sales experience; a proven track record of leading a team of sales professionals; experience developing and implementing sales policies and procedures; and the ability to lead, motivate, and influence others.

Advanced Director of Healthy Living (Kennett Square)

This position provides operational leadership to community integrated health initiatives; oversees the daily operations of the wellness center, personal training program, and group exercise program; and is responsible for managing healthy-related financials, staff supervision, and volunteer development.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a health- and wellness-related field; a minimum of three years of related experience in health and wellness management and staff supervision; and experience with chronic health programs, including diabetes prevention.
