Andrew Turner and Andrew Carlino of Pillar Real Estate Advisors represented both the buyer and seller in the recent sale of 17 West Gay Street, a 32,000-square-foot Class A office building in downtown West Chester.

Pillar, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage based in West Chester, was engaged by the owner of the building to lease the property’s remaining vacant spaces prior to the sale. The building was fully renovated in 2017, a fact that helped to attract several new tenants.

The property is conveniently located in the center of the borough, directly across from 44 West, a new office and retail space. The new buyers are encouraged by the growth in West Chester and believe the building is well positioned to attract future tenants.

“There are very few large Class A office buildings in downtown West Chester, and with the projected growth of the borough, the building proves a fantastic investment opportunity in a stable market,” said Turner.
