Behavioral Specialist Adult Services

This position oversees all behavioral programming and ISP programming; conducts behavioral assessments, develops behavior support plans, and trains and monitors staff; and conducts all ISP assessments, and develops ISP goals and objectives and related programming.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis; a minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a residential or special education setting; and a strong background in education, with emphasis on special education and the principles of applied behavior analysis.

Health Insurance Navigator

This position oversees coverage enrollment and ensures continued coverage for all adult individuals at Melmark and for any children who may need coverage; and oversees all family contact and follow-up related to medical bills in order to ensure proper payment.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience working with health insurance companies; excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office software; strong written and verbal communication skills; and the ability to multi-task with good attention to detail.

Assistant Clinical Training Coordinator

This position assists with the administration, management, and delivery of all training services of the professional development department; implements and monitors staff training and professional development functions; and schedules and tracks training on a computerized system.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in education and/or human services and prior training experience; a minimum of two years of experience in related fields; and current trainer certification in CPR, first aid, medication administration, and crisis prevention/intervention.
