La Comunidad Hispana (LCH) is a diverse, bilingual Federally Qualified Health Center that changes lives by serving southern Chester County as the leading provider of integrated health and community services.

President & Chief Executive Officer

This position is responsible for the strategic, programmatic, operational, and fiscal management of LCH. He/she represents its mission and vision at local and regional public health, social services, and community events. This leader represents the organization in a wide variety of communities and settings and must be able to navigate relationships with social grace and by demonstrating a true collaborative spirit. The position reports to the LCH Board of Directors on governance issues and works directly with the Board on strategic planning, growth strategies, and fundraising activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibilities; a master’s degree, preferably in public health; the demonstrated ability to bring inspiration, enthusiasm, and passion to the organization and to instill the same passion in the team; a deep commitment to LCH’s organizational values and preservation of its culture; and experience working in Hispanic communities and/or underserved populations.
