The Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce has partnered with VISTA Today to produce and distribute The Saturday Morning Edition to more than 20,000 subscribers across Chester County and beyond.
The West Chester-centric newsletter will feature stories about Chamber members and initiatives, as well as community events that impact the Borough of West Chester and the surrounding townships in Central Chester County.
The GWCC’s membership consists of large and small businesses, including retail and some of the best restaurants in Chester County.
Additionally, its membership includes corporations and professionals such as doctors, lawyers, and accountants, and a variety of service providers from travel agents to computer specialists. Many nonprofits and educational institutions are also long-standing members.
“We appreciate our relationship with long-time Chamber member VISTA Today and look forward to great success in sharing the happenings of the Greater West Chester business community,” said Mark Yoder, the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce’s President and CEO.
Since January 2016, VISTA Today had been distributing a Saturday e-mail to GWCC members. Now, The Saturday Morning Edition will be distributed to VISTA Today’s 20,000-plus subscribers.
“Our partnership makes great sense, as West Chester is the county seat and has a strong Chamber with a lot of influence,” said Ken Knickerbocker, VISTA Today’s publisher. “Socially, culturally, economically – there’s a lot happening in Greater West Chester, and The Saturday Morning Edition will be used to communicate that.”
