New Business Sales Engineer

This position is responsible for identifying untapped opportunities and developing new customers in the On/Off Highway OEM market segments. He/she will work with prospects and customers to understand their business models, controls architecture, vehicle requirements, and various IoT technologies to see how ifm industrial automation solutions can solve their problems and help them be more successful in the market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales record of selling high technology products and be skilled at developing and executing strategies to penetrate new accounts and win business against strong competition.

Project Manager – New Product Development

This position will manage the development and implementation process with the Development Engineering team. He/she will be responsible for organizing and leading status update meetings, reviewing project scope and strategies, and meeting budgetary objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field. Excellent time management skills and demonstrated project management skills are necessary to bring technological concepts to design, thorough patent approval and full production.

Material Flow Manager

This position will lead a team of specialists to optimize inventory storage, availability, and delivery to production. He/she will oversee shipping, receiving, warehousing, and production replenishment. This position will also require close collaboration with the quality, purchasing, and production scheduling teams to ensure proper component availability.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or another business-related field. He/she will have solid knowledge of inventory management in a Lean Manufacturing Environment and have demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
