Call Center Representative 1

This position receives inbound phone calls and assists both current and potential customers with orders, returns, and product questions; learns product information and stays informed of new product additions; and keeps accurate daily records and attends department meetings.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and some college experience; previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Embroidery Utility Production Associate

This position handles finishing, quality control, and folding of finished product; operates the heat press machine and assists with the day-to-day production flow of embroidery orders; oversees the quality and correctness of every item embroidered; and corrects basic machine malfunctions.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and two years of office administrative experience; previous manufacturing or production experience; good analytical, organizational, and computer skills; and familiarity with home sewing and fabrics.

Outside Sales

This position solicits new customers and submits bids, executes quotes, and processes reports; handles complaints and provides client feedback to management; develops new sales strategies and demos equipment and trains new clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and previous sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas; working knowledge of the industry from currently or previously serving as a firefighter; and good communication, computer, and interpersonal skills.
