Manager, Employee Relations

This position hires, evaluates, supervises, and trains a team of employees; leads and advances initiatives to drive the Crew Relations strategic agenda; helps educate and guide HR leaders and crew on internal activity and external employee relations and employment law compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in employment law, business, or human resources; a minimum of eight years of general work experience and six years of progressive leadership experience; and experience with employee relations and/or employment law.

Communications Administrator

This position works with clients to develop an understanding of communication strategies for specified programs, services, and initiatives; develops integrated communication plans for internal audiences; and conducts recording sessions for multimedia deliverables.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of experience; excellent writing, editing, project management, and leadership skills; and the demonstrated ability to explain complex subject matter to a variety of audiences.

Risk Data Specialist

This position contributes to the oversight and maintenance of the eGRC system by ensuring accurate risk reporting, data analytics, and metrics gathering; complies and reviews risk data and exposure metrics; and determines the scope, requirements, and solutions for assigned risk projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree and/or CPA, CIA, CISI, or MBA; a minimum of five years of related work experience; proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Access; and technical reporting expertise, including innovation, creation, and quality assurance.
