Zoup! – the restaurant chain with hundreds of recipes, thousands of flavors, and really good soup – has officially opened its doors in the Uptown Worthington development in East Whiteland Township, according to a report in the Daily Local News.
Zoup! hosted two preview lunches, as well as a special VIP pre-opening dinner, which raised more than $500 in donations for the Paoli Hospital Foundation.
“We’re thrilled to open our doors for our friends and neighbors in Malvern,” said co-owner Paul Diaz.
With his wife Julie, Diaz owns and operates the Zoup! restaurants in Lancaster, Plymouth Meeting, Wyomissing, and Collegeville.
“Julie and I opened our first store 11 years ago just down the road in Frazer, so we know the people of Malvern well,” he said.
The eatery can seat 71 guests in the dining room. It features 12 rotating varieties of soup each day. The menu also offers made-to-order salads and sandwiches.
