Spotify Partners with Local Leadership Development Company to Tell Stories

We all know songs tell a story, but can people in the music streaming business tell stories to inspire in business?

CI Squared LLC, a leadership development and sales training company that helps clients develop an effective storytelling strategy to create brand awareness and boost revenues, has been invited to train employees of Spotify Technology, the music streaming service based in Stockholm, Sweden with 17 other locations across the globe.

Christine Miles, the co-founder and chief architect of CI Squared (Continuous Improvement & Innovation), mines the unlimited potential within her clients, understanding that communication is the lynchpin to success. She will present her workshop – entitled “Storytelling for Business: The Stories That Ignite Others” – to employees in Spotify’s New York City office on Nov. 13.

The workshop offers simple yet powerful tools on how to build and tell memorable stories. Through fun and interactive exercises, Miles demonstrates practical, usable ways to build and tell a killer story to get the results desired. Like music wraps you in a mesh of stories, business conversations need story to connect to the subconscious mind to effect change.

Spotify is changing the world, while growing at hyper speed, and it believes that, in order for it to stay ahead, both its people and the company must develop faster than the world changes.
