#2 New Ratings Affirm West Chester as One of the Best Small College Towns in the Country

West Chester remains one of the best small college towns in the country, as CollegeValuesOnline.com has placed the borough No. 48 on its list of the Top 50 Small College Towns in America.

The home of West Chester University rated similarly to towns like Chapel Hill, N.C.; Charlottesville, Va.; Amherst, Mass.; and Oxford, Miss.

The list looked at towns with populations of less than 100,000 people and included criteria like cost of living, unemployment, crime rates, selection of amenities, and “wow” factors.

West Chester was described as “lovely, vibrant, diverse, and welcoming to students, visitors, and residents.”
