Baird, the financial services firm ranked as the country’s No. 1 municipal bond underwriter in 2017, has earned another major accolade.

Fortune has ranked Baird No. 12 on its 2018 list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For. This is the firm’s 15th consecutive year on the list.

Audrey Bear, who leads Baird’s Public Finance Office in Pennsylvania, has found that Baird’s culture is as much a benefit for clients as it is for associates.
