Business Analyst
This position provides support for administrative computing services and consults with users to determine functional system specifications; develops, coordinates, and implements user trainings; and provides recommendations for improvements to business processes utilizing technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of substantive functional experience with Banner or other ERP systems; experience analyzing, documenting, and modifying business requirements; and experience in reporting and data analysis.

Director of Graduate Admissions
This position develops individual admission counselor goals and metrics; oversees student recruitment, including web utilization, campus visits, college fairs, and more; and integrates and communicates all aspects of student resources to provide seamless assistance throughout the admissions process.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree; a minimum of five years of experience in progressive management roles within admissions/enrollment in a higher-education setting; strong Banner skills; and excellent leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Director of Diversity and Inclusion
This position creates and implements a university-wide diversity and inclusion plan to expand the cultural development and understanding of students on campus; develops leadership initiatives and strategies; and provides expertise related to emerging diversity and inclusion issues.
The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in higher-education administration; a minimum of two to three years of relevant and progressive leadership experience in higher education; and demonstrated knowledge of contemporary issues of inclusion, social justice, and more.
