Mary Campbell, chief interactive experience officer at West Chester’s QVC, is one of the Top 10 Women in Retail Technology, writes Deena Amato-McCoy for Chain Store Age magazine.

Campbell has had a front-row seat during the evolution of QVC into a multi-platform retail giant with a growing online presence.

She began working at QVC in 1991 as an associate buyer in merchandising. Since then, she has served in various leadership roles across QVC’s various business, planning, and commerce platforms. She is also credited for playing a crucial role in enriching the customer experience.

Campbell took on her current role in October. She’s now responsible for driving the QVC Group’s continuous transformation and bringing in new segments of consumers. To do this, she closely follows how customers consume content and how they interact with the QVC brand.

“We’ve transformed how we operate to evolve our business to be everywhere our customer wants us to be,” she said. “As part of this, we’ve looked closely at how the customer is choosing to engage with us on digital platforms in different contexts.”
