Sponsors are needed for the 16th annual Up on the Roof, a uniquely fabulous event held on the rooftop of the Chestnut Street Parking Garage in West Chester.

The event – which has sold out the last four years, with more than 400 people annually attending – is a joint fundraising effort between the West Chester Downtown Foundation and the West Chester Business Improvement District that promotes the beautification and marketing of downtown West Chester.

Up on the Roof, considered West Chester’s finest celebration, will be held on Saturday, June 2. Sponsors are afforded great visibility and enjoy:

• Great Benefits: Sponsors show how much they care about making downtown West Chester the vibrant, attractive, and award-winning place that everyone loves.
• Great Party: Take in the West Chester skyline, enjoy amazing food, and the traditional “Rooftop Martini” selection, and revel in the unique outdoor atmosphere this party has become known for.
• Great Mission: Event proceeds help support the annual cleaning, flower beautification, and marketing of downtown West Chester.

The WCDF is a nonprofit profit organization that promotes community interest in the vitality, culture, and livability of downtown West Chester.  They do so through education, historic preservation, and collaboration with other agencies sharing common goals. The West Chester BID is an economic development resource agency, providing downtown management and revitalization services for West Chester.
