This video, from Mike Diggin of Re/Max Town & Country, invites viewers inside a Chester County landmark, the historic Loch Aerie Mansion, which for years sat vacant until new owners Steve and Dana Poirier purchased the East Whiteland Township property in 2016.

Available on Amazon in hardcover and Kindle formats.

The Poiriers have since been giving the Swiss-Gothic manor – built in 1868 by famed architect Addison Hutton for owner William Lockwood, who made his fortune manufacturing paper shirt collars – the TLC it deserves.

“We feel incredibly blessed to have had this opportunity to restore and refurbish Loch Aerie Mansion,” said Dana.

“Over the past two years, we have literally redone everything in the house, from restoring the plaster walls, to the electric, to the plumbing.”

The mansion will be used to host corporate and community events, as well as weddings.
