Event Planner

The Event Planner at Turn 5 owns the company event calendar/budget and is responsible for creating a unique employee culture by planning and carrying out exciting events throughout the year as well as providing executive level support to the Executive Assistant and the President and CEO as needed.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of event management experience and excellent calendar management skills as well as the ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously.

Vice President, Human Resources

The Vice President, Human Resources leads the company’s growing Human Resources team and manages and develops the Human Resources team to expand skills and abilities as well as prepare, analyze, and report key metrics to senior leadership team including those related to employee turnover, performance management, professional development, and organizational culture.

Aside from being a creative thinker especially with progressive HR and organizational practices, candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR discipline and 10 to 15 years of experience in progressive Human Resources leadership roles with demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and employee development.

Corporate Recruiter

The corporate recruiter at Turn 5 is responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting individuals into roles that range from entry level to senior management, partnering with hiring managers to develop position specifications, compensation, interview questions, and testing activities and delivering against hiring plans in a timely manner and prioritizing openings based on the needs of the business.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of progressive recruiting experience in a corporate talent acquisition role with a proven ability to manage entire candidate lifecycle and the ability to lead and own the search and selection process including identifying, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and closing candidates.
