The Whole Foods Market at Exton Square Mall that was originally expected to open earlier this year is now set to open Jan. 18, writes Natalie Kostelni for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Whole Foods signed a lease with Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust for the space in August 2015. When it opens, the store will be the organic grocer’s ninth in the region.

The 50,000-square-foot building will feature Pike’s, an eating area with a retro-diner-style ambiance. Among the items at Pike’s will be tortas and tacos, accompanied by a full bar offering beer, wine, and tequila.

The store will stock its shelves with high-quality meat and produce from 75 local suppliers, including cheeses from Yellow Springs Dairy in Chester Springs. The store will also have a spacious, seasonal rooftop with a fire pit that provides a unique resting place after a trip through the store.
