High-Profile Basketball Players at Westtown School Make College Commitments
Together, they’ve shot the lights out on basketball courts at the Westtown School and beyond, and after this year, they’ll both take a spotlight with them to college.
Cameron Reddish and Jake Forrester, two of the highest-rated prospects in the country, committed their talent to legendary college basketball schools this month, with Reddish picking Duke and Forrester heading to Indiana, according to recent news reports.

“Reddish is the epitome of versatility,” said ESPN analyst Paul Biancardi in a report for The Charlotte Observer by Langston Wertz Jr. The 6-foot-7 guard from Norristown is ranked No. 3 in the nation and “can play up to four positions on the floor. Ultra-talented and unselfish. He has the talent and body type of a cross between Grant Hill and Rudy Gay.”
Forrester, a Harrisburg native, is considered a stretch forward, according to an Indianapolis Star report by Zach Osterman.
“He’s got a combination of great feet and great hands that is really rare for a kid who is almost 6-foot-10,” said Westtown Coach Seth Berger. “He plays really hard, he runs the floor extremely well, he rebounds really well, he catches lobs really well, and he makes 3s really well.”
