It’s a well-situated, high-quality, clean, and growing place to live, and it’s among the Top 100 in the entire nation.

Welcome to West Goshen, ranked second-best in Pennsylvania and No. 72 in all of America, according to Money magazine’s Best Places to Live 2017.

“Where you choose to live is an important decision, one that influences your life in every way,” wrote editor Adam Auriemma in his intro to the rankings, and places like West Goshen “represent the best of America’s towns and cities: places that offer economic opportunity, a sense of community, and access to amenities that make life more enjoyable.”

In particular, Money highlighted West Goshen’s $311,150 median home price, $90,818 median household income, 24-minute commute, 5.1 percent job growth, 205 clear days, and 96 percent graduation rate.

As a whole, the Best Places to Live 2017 rankings were judged on economic health, cost of living, public education, crime, ease of living, amenities, housing market costs, and growth.
