This position drives the successful delivery of systems and process solutions for the company’s global HR system, identifies technology enhancement opportunities, and partners with business and IT teams to execute projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of four yeas of Workday configuration experience, a minimum of six to eight years of hands on HRIS experience with HR software applications, and supervisory experience.

Manager, Strategic Partnerships
This position drives balanced and pragmatic vendor management solutions, builds contract management and negotiation strategies, and leads the process to access vendor performance and review scorecards.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, MIS, or a related discipline; and a minimum of 10 years of vendor management experience, including leadership experience.

Senior Risk Analyst
This position implements and maintains changes to underwriting, reviews and monitors the loan portfolio, analyzes and assesses prospective portfolio acquisitions and M&A deals, and helps oversee North American lending activities.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field, a minimum of four years of experience in consumer finance, strong quantitative experience, and substantial experience in credit risk.
