Global Operations Controller

This position helps define the operations/site strategy, manages the performance of the operations/site organization, and monitors and interprets the consolidated CAPEX and OPEX budgeting and forecasting process and reports to management.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, though an MBA, CMA, or CPA certification is preferred, and a minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in finance and control processes in various environments.

Planner

This position monitors pending orders for delivery dates, aligns warehouse and shipping staff as needed to resolve carrier issues, and analyzes resources and capacity constraints to assure a continuous manufacturing flow.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in the sciences, a minimum of four years of planner experience for medical device or pharmaceutical companies within a supply chain department, and APICS certification.

Strategic Marketing Manager – Soft Tissue & Wound Management

This position develops and defines a segment portfolio roadmap, performs end-user analysis on how the company’s products and/or services are used, defines and tracks market performance indicators, and monitors the execution of the strategic marketing plan.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or MBA, a minimum of five years of product management and/or downstream marketing experience in a medical device or science/technology field and in marketing and sales.
