Sales Reporting Manager

This position drives the planning and implementation of key operational strategies and tactics to support critical commercial business objectives, manages data processing business processes and technology programs, and prepares and distributes reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, though an advanced degree is preferred, a minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales data, sales analytics, and/or sales operations, and seven years of strong operational and business leadership experience.

Customer Data Strategy Director

This position manages data sources and commercial data platforms, oversees customer master data steward activities, and provides project management for critical data management projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, though an advanced degree is preferred, a minimum of 15 years of experience in life sciences sales, marketing, and/or commercial operations, and a minimum of five years of experience with Sales Force Effectiveness programs.

Senior Tax Analyst

This position prepares federal, state, and local provision and tax returns, identifies opportunities for process and automation improvements, develops responses to state and local tax notices, and tracks net operating losses and associated valuation allowance.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, a minimum of three to five years of tax experience in a big four/national CPA firm, and working knowledge of ASC 740 and U.S. GAAP.

Compliance Aggregate Spend Manager

This position assists with responding to physician disputes, ensures the accuracy and timeliness of all federal and state spend filings, and creates and revises policy, procedures, and work instructions for aggregate spend processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of seven years of compliance, finance, internal audit, accounting, or other applicable analytical business function experience, and in-depth knowledge of federal and state aggregate spend reporting laws.
