Exton’s NextGen Security Lures New Recruits with Fun Office Environment
When NextGen Security in Exton makes a job offer, it’s safe to say that the integrated security solutions provider is rarely turned down.
All it takes is a tour through its office – which features a centrally located shuffleboard table, café-style lunch bar, leather sofa, and walls of windows – to see why.
“For an employee to say they’d rather work at home is a big fail,” said Co-Founder and President Ryan Loughin in a Reading Eagle report by Karen Chandler.
