When NextGen Security in Exton makes a job offer, it’s safe to say that the integrated security solutions provider is rarely turned down.

All it takes is a tour through its office – which features a centrally located shuffleboard table, café-style lunch bar, leather sofa, and walls of windows – to see why.

“For an employee to say they’d rather work at home is a big fail,” said Co-Founder and President Ryan Loughin in a Reading Eagle report by Karen Chandler.

The NextGen Security work environment was designed to foster close-knit teamwork and a love for showing up every day.

“We were able to create a modern and attractive work environment for NextGen employees, providing a space where not only they enjoy coming to work every day, but a space where we can show our partners, customers, and vendors our continual commitment to the industry,” said Co-Founder and CEO Frank Brewer.
