From the personal kitchen of the region’s famous movie director, M. Night Shyamalan, to personally owning Exton’s newest restaurant and beer garden, Eric Yost is ready to put on a culinary show for diners of the Suburban at Eagleview Town Center.
Yost debuted his new place this week, half of it a sit-down American restaurant and the other half a beer garden filled with fire pits and games, according to a Philadelphia magazine report by Alex Tewfik.
Both sides of the Suburban Restaurant and Beer Garden feature farm-fresh ingredients and locally brewed or distilled beverages.
The West Chester native refined his cooking skills in the kitchens of Tommy Bahama, White Dog Café, and Wyebrook Farm before serving at Shyamalan’s side through three movies, the article explained.
