PECO is Pennsylvania’s largest electric and natural gas utility, delivering power to more than 1.6 million electric customers and more than 511,000 natural gas customers in southeastern Pennsylvania.

Technical Analyst IT – Infrastructure, Strategy, and Design

This position helps to identify and implement technology solutions and strategies within the development and production environments, provides technological expertise and advice to IT leadership, and builds relationships with business and IT partners.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, technical certification in IT, and five to eight years of IT cloud and infrastructure work experience.

Fuels Engineer

This position performs nuclear engineering and technical tasks, develops and implements effective processes and techniques, and recommends format and methodology improvements to standard processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent technical degree, engineer in training certification, and a minimum of two years of engineering experience.

Designer

This position creates, updates, and maintains electric and gas facility maps using Asset Suite 8, Auto EDMS, and Access databases, and provides technical mapping support to internal and external customers regarding as-built sketches and field facility locations.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, experience in CAD applications Microstation and IrasB, the ability to interpret as-built sketches, and excellent communication skills.

General Engineer

This position performs general engineering assessments and tasks, including data collection, complex analysis, recommendation generation, verifying and validating studies, and designing high voltage transmission and distribution circuits.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, a minimum of two to ten years of professional engineering experience, and the ability to analyze and interpret complex electrical and mechanical systems.
