HR Administrator

This position maintains employee records and ensures that HR databases are up to date, generates offer letters and prepares new hire e-packets, and ensures that all new hire paperwork is accurate, returned, and filed in a timely basis.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or administrator, and hands-on experience with HR software and ADP.

Manager, Commercial Data Management

This position manages commercial data infrastructure, database design, and vendor relationships, manages multiple datasets, and provides cross-functional support of customer master data management.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, a minimum of five years of pharmaceutical industry experience, and strategic IT planning and roadmap development experience.

Manager of Forecasting/Marketing Analytics

This position leads the development of all portfolio forecasts and maintains all updates to the forecasts, manages and oversees the monthly marketing reports, and oversees all ad-hoc marketing requests while providing insight into the data.

The ideal candidate will possess eight to ten years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including a minimum of five years of experience developing forecasts, and prior experience in market research or analytics within a pharmaceutical company.

Territory Manager

This position manages an assigned territory and ensures success of promoted products, develops a highly effective territory business plan, and implements relevant and compliant business strategies to meet or exceed territory objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, one to three years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or B2B circumstances, and strong clinical knowledge in pain management.
