Unit Coordinator – Nursing Assistant

This position processes incoming patients and handles telephone inquiries, accurately and quickly processes healthcare computer orders, and maintains patient charts in accordance with established policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, training and/or experience at an acute care facility, knowledge of medical terminology, and previous secretarial skills.

Central Supply Technician

This position provides departments with appropriate sterile supply inventory, handles supply requests and deliveries, and disassembles, cleans, inspects, prepares, assembles, and sterilizes surgical and procedure instrumentation and trays.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, one to two years of experience as a central supply technician, and basic computer skills.

Registrar – Emergency Department

This position conducts comprehensive patient interviews and assigns coordination of benefits, scans necessary documentation into EDM, obtains authorizations and pre-certifications as needed, and accurately completes applicable forms.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of college, prior experience in a healthcare environment, and proficiency in the use of computers and software, including Word and Excel.

Patient Services Associate

This position handles the arrival and/or departure activities of patients, manages patient calls and inquiries, coordinates patient appointments, updates insurance and billing information, and performs point of service activities.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess an associate or bachelor’s degree, two to three years of medical office experience or four years of customer service experience, and thorough knowledge of third party insurance coverage guidelines.
