You may have noticed VISTA Today’s slightly modified look and feel.

Aside from placing post titles above images and new “About,” “Contact Us,” and “Our Other Publications” (Did you know we launched VISTA Today-like platforms in Montgomery and Delaware counties and a suburban Philadelphia LGBT business journal in 2016?) drop-down menus in the upper right-hand corner, our biggest change is a box inviting VISTA Today readers to become “VISTA Backers.”

What’s a VISTA Backer, you ask?

A VISTA Backer is a reader who enjoys reading timely, accurate, upbeat stories about Chester County every day, and who makes either a one-time or recurring monthly contribution of an amount of their choosing to help us defray the very real expenses of bringing those stories every day.

Even though a subscription to VISTA Today remains free, and our story space is 100 percent ad free, the expenses of publishing 8 to 10 stories every weekday add up. It takes hundreds of hours to write and post stories, and thousands of dollars to sustain VISTA Today each month.

We hope that you’ve enjoyed our stories throughout the last three years as much as we’ve enjoyed sharing them with you.
