Assistant Clinical Training Coordinator

This position assists with the administration, management, and delivery of all training services for the professional development department, organizes trainings in both small and large group settings, and tracks training on a computerized system.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in education or human services, prior training experience, and will at minimum be in the process of obtaining BCaBA certification.

Assistant Director of RTF Residential Services

This position oversees the day-to-day functions of the residential treatment facility, ensures regulatory compliance in preparation for annual licensing and accreditation, and manages the overall operation of the program.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or education, BCaBA certification or eligibility, and a minimum of three to five years of clinical supervision within an applied community setting.

Behavior Support Specialist

This position provides educational instruction to assigned students in a structured classroom environment, assists in implementing appropriate teaching plans, and assists with clinical program development and program monitoring.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in education or a closely related field, a minimum of one year of work experience with specialized populations, and strong teaching skills with children with disabilities.

Clinical Administrative Assistant

This position provides administrative and clerical support for the adult services program, and establishes and maintains various files, records, and form systems.
