Staff Accountant

This position maintains and controls the general ledger accounts and business transactions of the company, assists with the daily, monthly, and year-end operations of the accounting and finance departments, and performs general accounts analysis and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess CPA certification, a minimum of two years of accounting or audit experience, and an understanding of GAAP, rules, regulations, and internal control systems.

Director of Product Development

This position builds, leads, and supports high-performing development teams, ensures alignment of product development initiatives with company objectives and goals, and ensures transparency into the development process through clear communication.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 15 years of experience leading distributed engineering teams, a minimum of seven years of experience working in agile environments, and a minimum of five years of experience working in SaaS environments.

Support Specialist

This position performs data migration and configuration for new customers, helps clients work through issues using a systematic problem-solving approach, and acts as a primary client point of contact during the implementation phase.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree, two to four years of training or service-related experience, and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Senior Systems Engineer

This position ensures 24/7 availability of the company’s production application systems, oversees disaster recovery, performs routine system audits, and maintains and reports system performance statistics.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of eight to ten years of experience performing system and custom application engineering functions and supporting custom web applications.
