Another Eatery Set to Join Eagleview’s Burgeoning Culinary Scene

By

Another new restaurant is livening up the culinary scene at Eagleview Town Center – the Hankin Group’s live, work, and play masterpiece in Exton – with a farm-focused eatery and beer garden.

The Suburban Restaurant & Beer Garden is set to open March 1, next door to Eagleview’s kitchen-sharing, back-to-back offering of Bella Vista and Al Pastor, which opened to rave reviews in mid-December.

The Suburban is dedicated to Pennsylvania-brewed and -distilled beer and spirits, along with Wyebrook-grown meats, according to a Philadelphia Inquirer report Michael Klein.

Bella Vista is a trattoria-style Italian food and pizza restaurant and bar, and Al Pastor caters to the best of Mexican food and drink.

Suburban chef Eric Yost brings diverse experience to the table, including posts at Wyebrook Farm, White Dog Cafe, and The Gables at Chadds Ford, as well as chef services for filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan.
