Tax Analyst

This position prepares federal, state, and local tax returns and tax provision calculations according to ASC740 reporting requirements. He/she assists in analyzing tax planning strategies and in developing enhancements to the tax provision and compliance process. The person researches and evaluates tax savings opportunities, and assists in income tax audit procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. He/she will possess three to five years of relevant experience and a minimum of three years of tax and accounting work experience. CPA certification and/or an MBA are preferred.

Quality Specialist

This position drafts, negotiates, and reviews customer, laboratory, and supplier quality agreements in accordance with established procedure. He/she executes activities relating to tracking and managing these agreements, including administrative tasks. The person assists in developing, implementing, and maintaining written procedures. He/she performs supplier quality assessments, including on-site quality audits, to confirm supplier compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, supply chain, quality, regulatory, or science, or equivalent work experience. He/she will have three to five years of relevant experience. The person will understand the interpretation and application of quality standards in a regulated environment, such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and regulatory agency requirements.

Change Control Specialist

This position manages and coordinates the activities of the change customer and customer communication process. He/she maintains the change control history, records, and documentation to demonstrate compliance with regulations and company policies, procedures, and requirements. The person assists in training various areas of the company on change control procedures and key compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in science or a technical discipline. He/she will have three to five years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing. The person will have general experience in quality or technical disciplines.
