It has two satellite locations, in Philadelphia’s University City and Coatesville. Lincoln provides undergraduate and graduate coursework to approximately 2,000 students.

Executive Secretary – Student Affairs

This position manages all incoming and outgoing departmental correspondence, including drafting, typing, sorting, and routing. He/she maintains, updates, and organizes personal and general files and records for the department and posts information to records to ensure accurate documentation and timely retrieval of information. The person supervises and evaluates work-study students and clerical staff, develops work schedules, and assigns tasks.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree and additional certification in a secretarial program. He/she will have a minimum of three years of experience, preferably in an educational setting. The person will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.

Director of Alumni Relations

This position establishes, builds, and maintains relationships with alumni locally, nationally, and internationally. He/she serves as the principal organizer and recruiter of alumni volunteers to be ambassadors, mentors, reporters, recruiters, and other sources of support for the university. The person maintains regular communication with alumni through direct contact, email blasts, the alumni web page, and print publications.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree. He/she will have a minimum of three years of experience in college or university alumni relations with demonstrated accomplishment in fostering productive relationships with volunteers. The person will have experience organizing volunteers in the planning of major and special events.

Director of Undergraduate Research

This position develops and oversees programs aimed at recruiting faculty and students to undergraduate research activities. He/she prepares materials for the admissions office to present information to prospective students and parents regarding undergraduate research. The person works to coordinate applications and data gathering for fellowships, scholarships, and awards related to undergraduate research.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree, though a Ph.D. or equivalent is preferred. He/she will have direct research experience as a faculty member in a college or university setting. The person will have experience in fundraising and/or grant writing and working knowledge of assessment procedures of university programs.
