Client Relationship Manager

This position drives new revenue within a specified set of client relationships, utilizing a team-based approach. He/she understands Chatham’s service and technology offerings to a depth that will enable conversations and opportunity development within client relationships. The person develops and executes client retention strategies and client revenue growth plans and goals. He/she maintains activities, opportunities, campaigns, and billing within Salesforce.

The ideal candidate will possess three to five years of client engagement experience. He/she will have experience in large consulting firms, managing long term engagements. Knowledge or experience with derivatives and/or capital markets is a plus.

Desktop Support

This position sets up and configures laptops that are distributed to all users at corporate headquarters. He/she interacts with end users, ensuring that the laptop is configured the right way for each user. The person troubleshoots, resolves, and documents all aspects of the laptop rollout. He/she maintains an accurate inventory of desktop equipment and software licenses.

The ideal candidate will have three to five years of desktop support and/or helpdesk work experience. He/she will have good interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation. The person will be able to conduct research into desktop issues, standards, and products as required.

Technical Sales Specialist

This position serves as the primary technical resource for the field sales and client relationship management teams, acting as the key technical advisor and product advocate. He/she actively drives and manages the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, providing technical consulting, and ongoing support to prospects and clients. The person will identify all technical issues of assigned accounts and assures complete customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of technical sales support experience. He/she will have a proven track record of selling, building, and/or deploying technology solutions. The person will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
