Accounts Payable Supervisor

This position leads the identification and implementation of performance improvement opportunities within the department. He/she manages the performance of assigned staff through goal-setting and monitoring of performance metrics. The person manages the full accounts-payable cycle, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and employee expense report processing.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. He/she will have a minimum of three years of relevant and progressively responsible accounts-payable experience in a high-growth/volume environment, including at least one year of supervisory/leadership experience. The person will have a strong background and experience in accounts payable.

Customer Service Supervisor

This position monitors productivity of customer service representatives and identifies and acts on positive and negative performance trends to ensure minimum performance requirements are met. He/she handles escalated customer calls, answers customer questions, and provides purchasing suggestions as necessary. The person assists in the training of new representatives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of previous customer service experience. Prior supervisor experience is strongly preferred. The person will have automotive knowledge, preferably in Mustangs and Jeeps.

Corporate Trainer

This position performs individual agent quality audits on phone and email interactions. He/she coaches and mentors agents on a daily/weekly basis, identifying potential discipline issues and referring matters to a supervisor when necessary. The person defines gaps or process breaks and recommends improvement opportunities through consistent quality monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one to three years of customer service experience. The person must have, or have the ability to acquire, automotive knowledge.
