Diners in Exton looking for a new place to grab lunch or eat dinner, will soon get to experience some tantalizing new flavors at two new restaurants opening in the expansion area of the Eagleview Town Center.

Al Pastor, a modern Mexican eatery and Bella Vista, an Italian-American trattoria-style restaurant, are planning to welcome guests later this fall.

Both restaurants are the brainchild of former Stephen Starr alums, Justin Weathers and Joseph Monnich who want to introduce their authentic flavors with a fresh modern approach.

“We’re bringing two unique concepts to the Eagleview Town Center that, after speaking with local residents, we felt they wanted and deserve,” said Weathers.

The new additions will become part of ‘Restaurant Row’, one of the next phases of development for the Eagleview Town Center. They will join the already established Brickside Grille and Nudy’s Café.

“We’re excited about what Al Pastor and Bella Vista will bring to the Town Center,” said Beverly Abbonizio, Director of Marketing for Hankin Group.

“Justin and Joe’s vision perfectly complement our mission to expand ‘The Heart of Eagleview’ into a vibrant community filled with dining, shops, and entertainment.”
