Director, Workplace Consulting

This position is responsible for managing the three main pillars of the practice: people management, delivery of services, and sales enablement. He/she maintains strategy and direction for the practice and alignment with overall business strategy. The person builds and develops a deeply engaged and high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic/management consulting and/or organizational development. He/she must have recent experience in managing teams and a successful track record of sales. Operational business leadership experience is a plus.

Principal Workplace Advisor

This position leads the initial diagnostic offering that identifies client needs, including performing data analysis and helping lead a team of 10 consulting experts. He/she develops high-quality relationships with clients in short periods of time and can present complex data in a clear, concise manner. The person designs best-practice-based plans and products for improving employee engagement based on client needs.

The ideal candidate will possess five to ten years of organizational development consulting or HR business partner experience, including success stories where the workplace improved based on empirical evidence following consulting work. He/she must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage in difficult conversations regarding the health of their organization. Inside sales experience is a plus.

Product Marketing Director

This position develops and manages scalable marketing programs that drive adoption, retention, and expansion. He/she works closely with various teams in the organization to craft the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new launches. The person develops innovative programs that drive demand and delight for the existing customer base.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience. He/she will have a minimum of five years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with enterprise software development. The person will possess strong project management and organizational skills.
