Marketing Associate – Campaign Development

This position supports the development, positioning, packaging, and roll out of marketing initiatives to financial professionals focused on investment products and services. He/she plans and monitors project progress by effectively managing tasks using appropriate technology and partnering with Communications professionals on assignments. The person develops and maintains strong, consultative relationships with internal partners to ensure business needs are met based on specific criteria defined by the team.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have a minimum of three years of related work experience. He/she will have working knowledge of applicable business/service area(s) (depending on specific work assignment). The person will have knowledge of investments, mutual funds, Vanguard funds, and investment marketing.

Financial Analyst

This position prepares financial analyses and models to assist in the evaluation of business initiatives, capital investments, new services, and programs within Vanguard’s business units. He/she develops schedules to track IT project costs as appropriate to promote accountability. The person develops financial and non-financial measures of business performance for evaluation and control of projects and investments.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, and have a minimum of three years of related work experience. He/she should have experience with Microsoft Office, and have strong communication and listening skills.

Workforce Planning Manager

This position will design, implement, lead, and evolve Vanguards’ Strategic Workforce Planning capability. He/she will lead workforce strategy and planning engagements in support of enterprise and divisional business objectives by delivering strategic workforce planning services. This includes workforce strategy diagnostics, workforce strategy development, and workforce planning support. The person will serve as Vanguard’s primary workforce planning thought leader and subject matter expert.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have a minimum of five years of progressive experience in one or more of the following specialties: workforce planning, consulting, financial analysis, or data analysis. He/she should have experience working in a consultative capacity with senior leadership. The person will have the ability to develop and manage a standardized planning process that articulates strategic, tactical, and financial goals, plans and dependencies.
