Implementation Specialist

This position is the primary point of contact for onboarding clients and ensures the highest level of client satisfaction. He/she guarantees clients are onboarded timely and accurately, and implements all services for clients, while building a strong relationship with them.

The ideal candidate will be a great problem-solver and have proven customer service skills. He/she will have a shining attitude, be optimistic, and know his/her way around a computer. The person isn’t afraid to jump into a new software program, and finds multi-tasking second nature.

Tax Associate, Amendment Specialist

This position helps to resolve tax items on behalf of PrimePay’s clients. This position requires analytical ability, good verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, and attention to detail in a high-paced environment. He/she is responsible for researching agency notices, and interfacing with service reps, clients, and agencies. The person will process client payroll tax transactions, and maintain and balance clients’ accounts using QuickBooks software.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field, and have experience in various aspects of Employer Payroll Tax processing. He/she should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The person will have the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Inside Sales, Account Manager

This position is responsible for generating qualified appointments for PrimePay’s outside/inside sales teams through B2B lead management via the telephone. The position supports the field sales team by supplementing its new business pipeline. He/she will be provided with target lists of current clients aligned with the full suite of products and services PrimePay brings to the marketplace. To perform in this role effectively, the person must be persistent, making multiple sales calls each day, while representing PrimePay in a professional and ethical manner.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have one year of sales experience. The person will have strong communication skills, both oral and written, and have strong keyboarding and organizational skills.
