Manager

This position requires someone who can take initiative and can function successfully in a collaborative environment. He/she will need to define how to best solve client business issues. This individual will lead engagements, from proposal through execution, using management consulting skills. In this position, the person will work alongside experienced Navigate employees in a project-based environment, helping clients execute their strategies and improve business operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Management Information Systems. He/she should have at least six years of experience with a national consulting firm, along with a track record of participating in the delivery of complex projects and the creation of highly professional client deliverables for Partner review. The person will have exceptional writing and presentation development skills.

Senior Consultants

These positions will leverage their training, creativity, and experience to best solve business issues for clients. It is critical that candidates are comfortable working in a collaborative environment. In this position, he/she will work alongside other experienced consultants in a project-based environment to help clients execute their strategies and improve business operations. Experience within various industries such as Pharmaceutical, Health Care, Communications/Media, or Financial Services is helpful.

The ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Management Information Systems, and have a minimum of three years of experience within management consulting, participating in the delivery of complex projects and the creation of professional client deliverables. The person will be a creative problem solver able to analyze business process and technology issues.
