Client Care Technician

This position troubleshoots and repairs circuits, routers, switches, servers, and both virtual and premise-based firewalls. He/she also troubleshoots internet, email, DNS, VOIP, and Hosted PBX issues. The person provides remote assistance to field engineers during on-site dispatches, and provides limited remote customer training.

The ideal candidate will have a high school degree, although a bachelor’s degree with a networking or telecommunications concentration is preferred. He/she will have two years of practical work experience in telecommunications or networking, two years of working knowledge and troubleshooting experience of SIP, RTP, UDP, TCP, and NAT technologies, and two years of advanced working knowledge, troubleshooting, and configuration experience with Adtran and Cisco equipment.

Senior Sales Account Executive

This position is responsible for business development by selling a full portfolio of telecommunciations products, generating new business leads and achieving predetermined monthly revenue goals. The person sells local, facility, internet, long distance, and competitive access telecommunications services. He/she works within the customer satisfaction chain, takes appropriate actions to achieve customer satisfaction, connects with customers, and builds relationships and customer confidence.

The ideal candidate will have three to five years of telecommunications experience in the Mid-Atlantic region. He/she must work independently with little or no supervision, meet scheduled and unscheduled deadlines, and bring projects/assignments to completion within required timeframes.

Accountant

This position plays an integral role by processing cash receipt and disbursements transactions in a timely and accurate manner. He/she processes account payable checks, ACHs, and records items into the general ledger. The person processes Centralized Accounting and Billing monthly bill comparisons, account receivable reconciliations, carrier invoice past due amounts, and more.

The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor’s degree in accounting and has a minimum of two years of relevant practical work experience. He/she must have good presentation, communication, research, and analytical skills.
