Technical Director/Developer

This position is responsible for defining the overall scope, project requirements, and technical architecture for web/digital projects, driving projects by managing resources, cost, scope, and schedule. He/she will develop recommendations related to project feasibility, risk, regulatory compliance, and ROI analyses for proposed projects. The person will assess and vet resource needs during project initiation to develop sourcing plan (internal and external) to accommodate needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have at least seven years of relevant experience in the technology field. He/she should have a solid understanding of the various CMS platforms, including WordPress, DotCMS, DotNetNuke, SiteCore, etc. The person will also demonstrate strong knowledge of multiple technologies, systems development life cycle (SDLC), development methods and systems, and a basic understanding of programming languages.

Production Designer

This position will ensure that the visual strategy is consistently applied across all aspects of a broad range of projects, including mobile websites, display ads, sites, and print. You will possess a solid understanding of general design principles, grid systems, and typography. You will be communicating clearly with your team while planning, documenting, and testing your work. In addition, you should also be comfortable with basic front-end web development, with a clear understanding of what is and isn’t possible online, as well as be expected to prepare design files for print or digital production.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate ability to deliver consistent, pixel-perfect, top quality work. He/she takes pride in producing flawless files ready for developers, and thrives on implementing a design direction, then fine-tuning it, quality checking, and producing final, ready-to-go files.
