window-genie-logoWindow Genie’s newest location officially opened in Malvern on September 19, according to a short article on Patch.  The company, which specializes in residential and commercial window cleaning, window tinting, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning was founded by three local friends.

The trio will partner to own and operate the home service franchise that spans a service area of almost 200,000 homes.

Most notably, Matt Krueger, formally a vice president of retail operations at Victory Brewing, has signed on as one of the partners. Tom Kent, another one of the owners, is currently a Franchise Lawyer. The third owner, also a lawyer, will participate as a silent partner, the release states.

“Little did I know Kent was simultaneously pursuing business ownership himself, “Krueger said.  “After we pulled in the third partner, we quickly decided on a partnership vs. branching out individually.”

Matt Krueger, is no stranger to business ownership. Before he spent 13 years with Victory Brewing Company, Krueger owned his own restaurant for 3 years.

Window Genie of Malvern officially opens for business on Monday September 19, but will celebrate their opening week in a unique way.

They will host their grand opening event at Paradise Farm Camps in Downingtown from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday September 23.  Food and beer will be served, and live music will be played.
