Norman Feinstein Appointed to Malvern Bancorp’s Board

Malvern Bancorp, Inc., the parent company of Malvern Federal Savings Bank, has appointed experienced fund manager Norman Feinstein to the Board of Directors of the Bank and the Company.

Feinstein is currently serving as Principal and Vice Chairman of The Hampshire Companies, the fully integrated real estate firm with assets valued at more than $2.5 billion, Manager of The Hampshire Generational Fund and member of Hampshire’s Investment Committee. In addition to his duties as Fund Manager, Feinstein also sources acquisitions and new opportunities and actively engages with investors on behalf of The Hampshire Companies.

Feinstein joined Hampshire in 1998 and had previously been a practicing attorney for over a quarter of a century, specializing in real estate law. During his long and successful career he has been a real estate owner and operator of commercial and residential properties. He has also served as President and Counsel to the New Jersey Apartment Association and as a Regional Vice President of the National Apartment Association.

“Norman is a perfect addition to Malvern’s board and his experience and vast knowledge in real estate adds depth to an important business segment of our company,” said Howard Kent, Chairman of the Board, and Anthony C. Weagley, President and CEO of Malvern Bancorp and Malvern Federal Savings Bank, in a joint statement.
